Rentals are from 6:00 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. The allowed rental at night, only in the city is charged 10 € / h. However, an agreement can be designed for more flexibility for professionals. The price includes :

• The vehicle insurance,
• The replacement of tires 50 000 km,
• Regular maintenance to 5000 km,
• Allowances of the driver,
• The vehicle warranty for the duration of the contract.

A journey of over 600km will be divided into two days in order to manage the driver. The deposit is mandatory and cannot be treated as rental expenses. Ever started at any time of day is due in full.

Terms of car rental

The driver must not exceed 8 hours driving in a row.

For safety, it's strongly advised not to drived at night between 22 pm and 5 am on national roads, except in exceptional circumstances approved by RHM Ltd.

The driver is responsible for the vehicle; he is entitled to refuse to take trips representing risk to the vehicle or passengers.

To prevent any problems, notify the tenant RHM Ltd as soon as possible of any anomalies that will be seen in the conduct or behavior of the driver. RHM Ltd cannot be held responsible for damage or injury caused by failure to follow general recommendations on security.

Guarantees Liability of persons transported are included in the price.

The insurance does not cover damage to contents of the vehicle such that the goods and personal property.

Fuel is charged to the client. The vehicles come with full and must be made under the same conditions. Vehicles must be returned to their starting point.

Raids or vehicle mounted unladen are billed at the following rates:

• Fianarantsoa (1day)
• Tamatave (1day)
• Morondava (2 days)
• Fort-Dauphin (2 days)
• Mahajanga (1day)
• Toliara (2 days)
• Diego (2 days).

In case of extension of the contract, the lessee must notify RHM Ltd 48 hours in advance. RHM Ltd may decline a contract extension. Any damages not covered by the insurance company will be deducted from the deposit.

For security reasons, customers are required to communicate to RHM Ltd where they want to go for certain categories of vehicles cannot borrow all the roads in Madagascar. In case of failure of the rented vehicle, RHM Ltd will provide the renter a replacement vehicle within 24 to 72 hours depending on the location of the vehicle.

The tenant says good use of the leased vehicle. Any finding of abnormal and misuse of the vehicle will result in the immediate suspension  of the contract with systematic withholding of deposits or legal action if necessary.

The client signed the contract endorse the sole responsibility of the mistakes committed by the accompanying passenger.

Booking conditions :

Deposit in an amount equal to 25% of the contract will be asked for confirmation of booking and deducted to pay the bill. No reservation will be confirmed without receipt of deposit. 50% non-refundable reservation, 50% upon delivery.

Cancellation Policy :

More than 21 days prior to departure: full refund of the deposit ;

Between 8 and 21 days prior to departure: 50% refund of deposit ;

Less than 8 days before departure: the deposit is not refunded ;

In case of early return of the vehicle, the total contract will be expected to resolve.

Means of payment accepted :

Cash EURO €, U.S. $ or MGA Ariary

For the long-term lease, the regulations should be held every 25 of the month. Failure to comply with this provision will cause the immediate removal of the vehicle at the tenant and may be followed by legal action if necessary.

The payment of the invoice :

The total amount of the invoice shall be rectified before departure except for expenses exceeding the deductible and passing scheduled day.
